Candice Aston and the Aston Wellness team

We were formerly known as Candice Aston Physiotherapy but we are growing!

Since we opened in 2011 the demand for our physiotherapy and, more recently, osteopathy services has continued to grow. We’ve outgrown our current location in my home and have moved to a new location on Pine Street, South, right next to the Porcupine Health Unit. Here we will provide the same dedicated approach to providing physiotherapy, osteopathy and massage therapy services to our patients

Our goal is to provide you with evidence based, integrated injury, wellness and sport performance care by finding and correcting what is causing your injuries.

Our commitment goes beyond just relieving symptoms. Our practice is rooted in the principle that facilitating healthy, active behaviours is the key to healing and optimal functioning.  We focus on healing acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues, as well as preventing recurrent injuries and promoting overall health.

We are so pleased to be expanding our multi disciplinary team! Use the link below for more information and to book online with Mathieu:

Aston Wellness is excited announce we will have private medical clinics with Samantha Deneault (Nurse Practitioner). Her first clinic will be Wednesday March 1st.
Botox clinics to follow so stay tuned! Use the link below to book directly on line or for more information.

Aston Wellness now offers Counselling

Just like going to the dentist or a physician, going to a therapist can boost your mental health and make sure you have the best quality of life possible. Benefits can range from better sleep, concentration, and emotional control all the way to literal health benefits, like less reliance on pharmaceutical intervention and losing dependence on harmful substances. Both in person and virtual sessions are available. Call us or book online  here
