Our Pilates and Core and More classes provide a series of exercises that promote strength, stability and flexibility. Pilates is similar to Yoga and classes focus on strengthening the entire body with movements that are both efficient and graceful.

Core and More is a low impact mat workout that combines strength training and mind body balance into one dynamic workout. The class works to strengthen the major muscles of the arms, legs and ankles, as well as incease overall flexibility and range of motion.

Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Our private exercise sessions provide a personalized workout regiman which addresses individual needs leading to recovery, overall increased fitness levels and a healthier lifestyle.
