A selection of our classes

We’re constantly adding new ways to help you get your body moving to improve your overall well-being. Here are some classes we’ve run in the past:

  • YOGA-LATES
    This class is a Pilates-yoga fusion and is a great workout for building muscle and stamina, as well as teaching focus and relaxation. Classes combine muscle-toning and core strengthening Pilates with the balance, stretching and meditation and breath work of yoga

  • GO WITH THE FLOW (Need the real description!)
    This class is a low-impact workout combining strength training, core work and mobility exercises that target more than one muscle group at a time. The class will give you a full body workout in record time, and provide you with a great burst of energy to tackle the rest of your day.

  • PILATES FLOW
    This is a beginner to Intermediate level Pilates class that builds on the basics and works to introduce smooth transitions and more strength and stamina as you move through each exercise. Flow allows you to truly enjoy the experience of balanced movement.

  • BARRE FITNESS
    This class combines exercises from ballet, Pilates and yoga for a low-impact high intensity workout. In addition to building strength, this full body workout also develops agility and flexibility. Each barre class is designed to hit every major muscle group, and targets your whole body like few other workouts can.

  • SIMPLY STRETCHING
    This class is exactly as advertised. It is a gentle yoga based midday class designed to increase joint mobility, body alignment and overall joint and muscle flexibility.
